Excess water not released in lake

Dear Sir,

We are staying in Sowbackya nagar near Thirunagar 3rd stop. In this area about 150houses are there. Our place is located near the Thenkalkanmai (Lake). Due the heavy rain in the last month this lake is fulled by the water and excess water coming to street and inside houses.

We came to know that last one and half lake was not opened due to fishing development and this water is creating the problems for the people affected by diseases.

We are totally disconnected for any mode of transportation for any purpose including emergency reason since the water level is more than the knee level.

Request you take necessary action for removing excess water from our area.
