BILL RECD FOR PAYMENT FROM 19012010&1111 IS VERY MUCH ON THE HIGHER SIDE ON A/C OF REASON METER READER HAS NOT TAKEN PROPER READING WHILE REPORTING THE MATTER TO THE DEPTT, NOT ONCE BUT NUMBER OF TIMES ON A/C OF WHICH THE CONSUMER IS PUT INCONVENIENCE AND HARDSHIP ON MANY FRONT, WHILE APPROACHIG THE AUTHORITIES AT 9 BLOCK SUBHASH NAGAR NEW DELHI CENTRE AUTHORITIES NO ONE IS THERE TO ATTEND THE GRIEVANCE, PLIGHT OF THE CONSUMER, EVERY BODY IS TREATED AT PAR, NO COURTESY TO TACKLE TO THE ISSUE PROPER INFORMATION, RECORD NOT AVAILABLE, METER READER IN A GOVT JOB HAS KEPT A JUNIOR TO NOTE READING, WHICH IS LEGAL OR NOT THE MAN POSTED FOR TAKING READING IS MOST INEFFICIENT AND A BURDEN TO THE DEPTT, EVERY JOB IN THE DEPTT IS DONE ON ONE CRITERIA THAT IS MONEY, THIS IS FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION AND PERUSAL AND STRONG ACTION, THE METER IS INSTALLED AT 3/245 TOP FLOOR SUBHASH NAGAR NEW DELHI 27, K NO IS 1271540512 AND BILL NO IS 290946, WATER CONN NO 28290-II

IF NO ACTION IS INITATED AT THE EARLIEST THE MATTER WOULD BE TAKEN UP AT HIGHER LEVEL AND CORRUPTION IN THE DEPTT WOULD BE EXPOSED THROUGH MEDIA, CVC, CBI ETC,
