Dear Sir/Madam,
Ballabgarh (Mukesh colony, Near anaj Mandi) near Faridabad suffers unpredicted cuts and outages every summer. Yesterday evening (21 May) their was an outage at 21:30 hrs which could be restored temporarily today at 09:45 AM (outage lasting for almost 12 hours) in extreme summer. It again went off at 09:30 PM and has not returned till the time of writing this complaint. Their is no readdress to our problems and a sector has been converted worse than a slum.
This is routine every summers and DHBVNL have not upgraded their distribution networks and transformers. Its pathetic and your intervention will make them accountable.
