The electricity at our place was off since 1.30 am (midnight) 1- June.
I had called the emergency no. (15533) and they said they would recitify it - and gave me a complaint login no. 1744.
Then after 1 hour i called them back and they were not attending the call.
So i called the section no. (0484- 2422214) and they said they have not received any complaint so far.
And like that they tossing the ball between Emergency unit no & section no.
Being the first day for all school going children, the start itself went bad.
And the department was not giving any clarity, instead playing games.
This is no way to treat and service us.
Need a serious action to take place.
This happened with Thrikkara area.
Exact location: Vazhakala, Kargil Road.
