Wrong entry of English name

My voter Identity card bearing No. RXL0381400 received on 24/01 bears wrong name. It should be Mohammed Quamruzaman. Whereas it has been printed as "Mahzmmad Kamru Jaman". My father's name should have been Md. Nuruzzaman, but it has been printed as "Mahammad Nuruj Jaman". Though I correctly wrote my name in the application form and the photo copies of my documents: PAN card, Previous voter itentity card and the addressproof, i.e., money receipt of L.P.G. cylinder filling contained the correct spellings. I complained this before the Chief Election Officer, Orissa on 25/01..
