EMS Speed Post
Speed Post not delivered

Hi,

My name is Lakshmi James and I had sent a parcel through EMS Speed Post on 10th November to Pala, Kerala. Speed post ref no is EK359353108IN. It hasn't reached Kerala yet. I've raised online complaint twice in the EMS website. Initially it was closed without any reply and then it was showing some non relevant information and the statusof the complaint is pending since last 8 days. I tried speaking to the customer care several times but never got a proper reply or solution. They also say that they'll get back to me which never happened. Is there any solution for this? Please help me.
