Hope you are doing well. Currently I am an employee of Khanna Paper Mills Limited, Amritsar. Earlier I was in IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited, Ludhiana. After reliving from IOL Chemicals I have submit my application to the EPF Bhatinda office for PF transfer into the new PF account provided by Khanna Paper Mills Limited.
I got verbal assurance from Bhatinda office that some part PF amount has been transferred to PF Amritsar office. But I have not received any acknowledge against the same. Afterwards, I have contacted to Amritsar office to acknowledge the receipt but PF Amritsar office replied that till date they have not received and fund as well as there is no any information regarding the PF transfer.
Afterwards, I have again submit an application to the PF Bhatinda office towards the withdrawal of my PF amount. My application was rejected from the Bhatinda office with remarks as "some part of fund appx. Rs.24, 721/- is already transferred to SRO Amtritsar and you should submit FORM 13 for balance amount" - Please go through the attachment towards the same.
Till now there is no clear cut information towards my PF fund transfer, I request you to please check the matter and resolve the same.
