PF not received after applying even after 4 months

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Vijay Kumar is an ex employee of M/S Micro labs ltd Baddi (H.P) & my Employee ID is 76431 with PF a/c no. as KN-6703/21809.

I have left the organisation 1 year back & i have applied for withdrawl of my PF through corporate office (M/S Micro labs ltd).

Now as per the information from the concerned officer (M/S Micro labs ltd) my application form / claim request has been received by the concerned office / regional office (PF department) on 3rd MAY but still the same has not been creadited into my account given in the request.

So pls look into the matter & clear the same at the earliest.
