On March 17th i submitted documents for getting NOC & cancellation of hypotification for my four wheeler & NOC for two wheeler, the RTO officer guided me to collect the NOC's on 22nd march in between 3PM to 5PM, i went to collect documents on 22nd, but the officer intimated me to come on 24th, again i moved on 24th, once again officer suggested me to collect papers on 25th, At 25th also officer suggested me to come on 26th, On 26th i went to raise a complaint with RTO, he assured that they will issue same day, they kept me waiting for 03hrs, after that they started checking for my files, it found that they have not initiated the process at all. This shows the irregularity or irresponsible of the officers in the NORTH Chennai, RTO public organisation. This is the reason public afraid to go for RTO, although always RTO is filled with BROKERS, why RTO officers encouraging these brokers?? When it will stop?? who is responsible?? When this harassment will going to stop??
