Illegal/unauthorised construction

Dear,

its one week past till and till date no action regarding the underwritten matter has been taken which has been prior complained.

near the house number - EWS 70park of G.T.B. colony, Sikandra Agra and

sever are being unauthorized constructed which have been intimated to the

concerned officer several times before also. this construction has also been

destructed on 28.10.2010. but the same person has again illegally captured

the sever as well as the park space with a threat to the administration and

the local residents.

It is clearly understood and confirmed that ADA officers are providing the

shelter to that particular person and is also possible that bribe has been

paid to the same officers.

Under illegal possessions the road which opens at the bye-pass

in-front of the Gurudwara Guru ka taal has been closed by putting two big

blocks of cement and stone due to which the residents of the colony are

suffering a lot.

Hence its a humble request to you that please take a necessary

action in the matter concerned on priority basis so that the unauthorized

possession and illegal capturing of* park, sever and road* is freed soon and

a relief is provided to the residents.

An immediate action in the matter will be highly appreciated.
