No water supply for a month!!

I have been not served water / supplied water for a month (last month) when ever you give a call too them they either say wait for 2hrs and the tanker will be at your place or the never pick up the calls and even if they do they talk really rudlyy and etc

i think gov. has to take a serios act towards it...
