Non receipt of bill in time

I am belongs to KOTHAGUDA, PRASHANTNAGAR, SERILINGAMPALLY (mandal). we are getting bills 1st week in one month, after 20th day in another month. some times the meter reader come after 25th of the month. pl collect the reading in the first week of the month.
