I had booked a ticket from Jaipur to Katni, the initial status of booking was WL 18 which switched to CNF (Confirmed) in 2 days before the journey, now as i went to station i have given wrong information about my PNR status from the reservation ticket window that my ticket has been canceled and the status showing is NO ROOM, but after the train has gone, the online status changes to BE1, 9 this is pathetic, since i would not be able to travel because my ticket was E-ticket and in case of non-clearance, i would not be allowed to board the train, now how do a customer knows that his PNR status has been confirmed PNR number (2536356451). Because of the faulty system i would not be able to board the train and my money was wasted, May somebody help in this matter, I want my money back.
