This was sent of 5th April EK 35913952 4 IN and till today 13th April, it was NOT yet delivered to my brother at Japan. I could see the tracking details only till 8th April. As per the status it’s in Koramangala, Bangalore. I am not sure why they need to promise within 5 working days which was Friday 9th April. I paid Rs 478.00 and not sure how I will be compensated for this delay.
