I BOOKED TWO 2ND AC TICKETS FOR JOURNEY DATE5-6 BY NAVJEEVAN EXPRESS LEAVING CHENNAI ON 5-6.THE STATUS ON THE E-TICKET WAS WL-15 AND 16... BUT ON THE DATE TILL CHART PREPARATION THE POSITION WAS WL-1 AND 2. AS WL PASSENGERS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN RESERVED COACHES WE DID NOT TRAVEL..AS PER IRCTC RULES THE FARES ARE IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED OF E-TICKETS ONCE TRAIN DEPARTS THE STATION. BUT ON CHECKING TILL TODAY AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED TO MY TRAVEL AGENT M/S KUSHI WORLD TRAVELS, NAVRANGPURA, AHMEDABAD-9 TILLDATE.
