Non-refund of cancelled train tickets

I had booked e-tickets from irctc sites for delhi to jaipur, jaipur to ajmer and jaipur to delhi 1m between 19.03.2011 to 26.03.2011.

All the above mentioned trains got cancelled due to Jat-Gujjar-Andolan unrest.

I was assured that the money would be refunded back in my account, which has not reached me till this date.

Kindly advice me regarding further steps and help me in this matter.
