Getting Late For Receiving Bike Numbe

Have received my bike on 4th of April and my bike passing has been done on 19th of April. Now after two weeks also I have not get Bike number. upon that Traffic Police Charging us daily 50 to 100rs for not having bike number. We are paying unnecessarily, though its not our fault. Some one 'Shinde Saheb' From Kolhapur RTO office making late for giving bike number. Please take appropriate action
