Haven't received refund amount for ticket cancellation

I have cancelled my ticket for Bangalore - Pune. PNR No is J29544299. Total amount of the ticket is Rs. 1333. Date of journey is 26/04. But till now I haven't received the refund amount (after deduction of cancellation charges) back in my SBI aacount. I've contacted on KSRTC email ID's [email protected] and [email protected]. I've received email saying that - 'contact account section on following email ID's 22221321/22221325, Ext: 280-for SBI and 283-for other banks'. I called up on the given phone numbers (on working days), nobody is answering the call.

Please help me in this matter.
