Disconnection of Electricity

Hello My name is Ashique Hussain Ansari. Living in Kalyan For the last 30 years. In the last 30years it is never happened that the meter is not Disconnected. But M.S.E.B is disconnected my meter for not paying the bills for four months. But after paying the bill for four months. and also paying the Reconnection bill. they are not connecting our meter.
