I was working in Botany Department, Lucknow University as Senior Research Fellow till 10.01.2010 under Prof. S.C. Srivastava in All India Coordinated Project on Taxonomy sponsored by Department of Environment and Forests (Ministry of Environment and Forests, New Delhi). In this regard the arrears (1, 87, 684) of two scholars including me sanctioned by Ministry vide sanction letter No. 238 CS (Tax), Dated 18.03.2005 not received so far after repeated request by Principal Investigator (Prof. S.C. Srivastava). My salary of that period was paid by ministry and the department insures that arrears release soon but not release so far. I am mentally and economically harassed. Please give me justice immediately.
