Water meter problem

Hello sir,

Last month my water meter got replaced. It is showing reading 125, 55 (125 is block color and 55 is in red color). I got the bill amount as 3600/-

Then I checked with meter reader he is telling 1 Lack 25 thousand liters of water used. Is this true? Where do I get clarification for this problem?
