The new water meter provided by the Delhi Jal Board ON 28 juL has not been fitted prpoperly resulting in leakage of water with full flow during the one hour when the water is supplied. The matter was reported to the CONTACT NUMBER PROVIDED -9990754888 AND REPEATEDLY REMINDED .. STILL NONE HAS
