New passport
Delay in despatch of passport

Dear Sir,

I have applied passport for my baby girl Yasirah Sheik Yacoob, applied on 22-12, ref: K005846. She has to travel with her mother. Her mother visa is going to expired within one month. we requested for thatkkal. Because of non-availability of address proof from the police enquiry for both of us (iam renewed from Jeddah, my wife got passport by thatkkal system), your office told us you are not eligible for thakkal. Now we are in critical condition. Your office told us, they will deliver within a week. Now almost one month finished, we don't know about the status. Please help us.
