Dear Sir/Madam

My child nikhil kumar singh son of ANJANA born on 25/11 at kamla nehru maternity home Padam nagar. In the birth certificate of my son misprint the gender by MCD KAROL BAGH. When i made a complane to cange the gender and issue new certificate of Nikhil Kumar. I visited 10 times to MCD Karolbagh for issueing new certificate but every time I got the same answer that come after few days later. after 60 days when I got new certificate, this time mother's name spelling is mistake (ANJNA) on the certificate. Cetificate number of Nikhil Kumar is 3753832 and date is 09/12.

So; kindly look into the matter and Issue a new certificate with correct spelling.
