ISSUE OF OBC CERTIFICATE

Respected sir

i sri Lambodar moharana, belongs to Bhuban tehasil of Dhenkanal district of Orissa. Sir i belongs to caste KANSARI caste code 165 Which included in OBC list. I also have OBC certificate which is issued me in 2003.

Now i want a fresh OBC certificate but my tehasil office donot issue me a fresh one.

so please help me on getting a fresh obc certificate, and oblidge
