Dear sir/madam,
I am very disappointed by the service that i experienced at our place (north east).
I just don't understand What is the meaning of SPEED POST?...This is my second time that my speed post has not arrived in time... this time we are planning a pilgrim on 2nd of august. The pass port has been renewed and dispatched from ghuwahati on 20th of july'2011. and still it has not been received. If not at our place, at least it should have reached Itanagar, the last possible speed post office by now. The Reg No. is ES524426763... But i think the trip is gonna be cancelled this time also. This is so HOPELESS!!!
. Please if possible do something. Because, if we miss this time then will have to wait for 5 next years.
Moreover, This Tinsukia Speed Post office sucks!...they don't have any existing contact numbers even when searched online. This is how they gonna give service to the public. This is SAD!
PLEASE HELP ME in Receiving MY POST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... ZZZzzzzz.///
