I am father of Rishit Nishant agarwal we are always looking at the passport side from last 3 months constantly same massage is displayed from your side. The massage is as under "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"

My name is Rishit Nishant Agarwal, my passport file no.is M000860. I applied for it on 02/04, till 18th Auguest 11, I donot receive it.

I request you to provide me the passport because its urgent. I wish for your positive response.
