BIRTH DATE CORRECTION

Sir

I am Parmjeet Singh Dahele and my passport no. is E 0275803. My date of birth is 17th MAY 1964 (correct) is on my birth certificate which was given to you on 11 dec (issue date) which is misprinted as 2 May 1964 which is INCORRECT.

i submitted my passport in (CHANDIGARH) REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE on 26 Oct for correction in my DATE OF BIRTH, but no change was made in my passport and was sent me back at my place within six months. The file no. is R 026774.

I need solution to my problem. Please help me as soon as possible.
