Pass not received of my daughte

I have applied my daughter pass port on 27-05 vide token number 90860 file no. CHDZ06930010 for issue of new pass port.

You are therefore requested that kindly intimate to concerned person to send me the pass port because my husband are living in Italy and myself and my son and daughter are living in Ludhiana alone so I can not go to pass port again and again kindly expedite action.
