Good day, This is Raja Gopal from South Africa. I am a Citizen of India and got Married on 6th, Feb. I applied Passport for my Wife Mrs. Pranathi on dated 1st, April and the File Ref no is Z202006. After 2 months when i check for the Status on web site with the above mentioned Ref No., the Status was
"Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by 31-05. Subject to all documents being in order". From August month the status was showing as "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of passport has been delayed and will be despatched in a week's time". Untill Today i.e. 6thSep My wife didnt receive her passport. Regarding this issue i wrote emails to VISHAKAPATNAM BRANCH SURENDRA ([email protected]) and DELHI HEAD OFFICE ([email protected]) But its of no use i didnt get even a single response from them. Please can you fallow up this issue and let me know whats the status and when can my Wife receive her Passport. My Email address is [email protected]
