Payment of Electricity Bill

The staff of the Post office of Karamsad, Anand, Gujarat especially Mr. Dave - always close the collection of electricity bill on working day after 3:30 pm on Monday to Friday & after 12:00 pm on the saturday, when we must have to pay before last date which mationed in Electricity bill. I don't know what is the actual time of Post office to collect Electricity bill, but people are suffering.
