Sir, I want to bring to your notice that I was cheated/harrased by the Builder his name is babu based out in Bangalore, he was building a house in Kasturi nagar, Bansvadi area and I have booked a flat and paid him 1 Lac rupees as advance. but later due to job I have moved to chennai and told the same to the builder and in return he agreed to pay the amount but asked for the poof of the payment which i have made.
I told him that please give me the payment and I will return the document and in turn he gave me a cheque and the cheque was bounced and and he is absconding and he is not paid and he has even shifted his office. His mobile number is 919845559108. Be careful he is a cheat of the first order and he is a goon and can do any thing for money.
Please help me how can I recover the money and he has even committed a crime by bouncing the cheque.
