Reg: Cancellation of booking of shop no. LGF-25 in your complex (River Park) in your proposed/

Underdevelopment project “River Park” at Baghpat.

I had booked a shop in your captioned project and paid a sum of Rs. 7, 27, 272 /- in the said project

I shall feel highly grateful and obliged, if you kindly cancel my aforesaid booking / allotment of the captioned shop and refund to me the entire amount deposited by me in full without any deduction.

I under take to surrender the original receipts as and when the payment are being released to us and all the original letters, documents issued by you to me upon receipts of the cheque.
