We booked a flat and paid advance money in Classic Crystal Park in BTM Dollars Colony near Silk Board in Bangalore. Due to legal issues between the Builder and the land owner this property looks like it is under litigation.
Our loan was not sanctioned due to litigation.
No banks are willing to give loan... don't waste money and precious time behind this flat... buy only if you have 100% cash.
