Payment agaisnt cancellation of flat

Hi,

I am Harish Yadav from Bangalore. We booked the flat in Noida extension with Earth infrastructures but due to the problems in Noida extension we decided to cancel our flat take the money back. So we started talking to Earth Infrastructures. Its been almost one year but I have not received the money back. The person in contact Mr. Nitin says do whatever you want but we willl pay when our issues are resolved with broker.

People having same problem please contact and adivse us whta should we do to get our money back.
