The Faber Oven is used by us and one of the nob is struk for the past two days. I have first complained to the nuber 28217757 and they direceted me to call 28217304 and that does number doesnot work. On my complaint againg, they gave me another number 28217360 and this number also doesnot work. Again I complained to the first number. They said that some one will call us ove phone. Today I received a call from one of the service agent and he said that I need to contact18002093484. I tried this toll free number several times but not talk to the agent. I was directed to register my voice in the voice mail and I gave my name as Baalasundatram and my contacts as 044-28475534 and 7708023647. In addition to the complaints/attempts, I am registering my complaint over net. I expect immediate service as the nob is struck and it is very dangerous because of the gas leak!!!
