Non Refund of Booking Amount of Rs150, 000

Hi,

I booked 150 Sq. yrd of plot in GREENCITY BUILDTECH PROJECT AT BHIWADI, after making many visit at their Noida Office they finally gave me PDC of my booking amount only that too making a deduction of some amount (Rs 17000/-) in the month of April & the date of PDC was 15th December but the cheque was dishonored on the mentioned date, Now I came to know that MD of the company Mr. Jitender Chaudhary was wanted by the Noida Police & EOW for doing fraud in all the residential scheme launched by the company. I request all the ill investors to let me know what to do in this case for getting our hard earned money.
