Struggling from last 2-3 years for getting Agrement

Manjeet Dhaka from Investors Clinic came to our office (NIIT Technologies) for AMR project (STUDIO APARTMENT). He told about the project. At that time he told us many big – big things about the benefits of the project-

1. He told that they will give the apartment for 9 years lease with Radisson, Clark- IN etc so that we can get 18 – 20 thousand rent every month.

2. He told us that there will be increment in rent every 3 years.

Manjeet convinced us by promising big – big things. Many of us booked the studio apartments. But at that time of booking we were not knowing that we will be cheated like this and we have to struggle so much for this.

I booked studio apartment in AMR on 2/07 by paying 10% booking amount. But from the time of booking to till now whatever promises were made, none of them fulfilled. Like the 1st possession date was March which was then shifted to December and the late payment of RS.7897 which we should get from March to December is also not paid. This is again a big loss for us. First they told that they will give Agreement after 10% payment and then they told after 50% payment and when I payed 50% then they told to pay 75% amount. Then within 4-5 months of booking i.e by December we paid 75% of the total amount so that we can get the Agreement as soon as possible. But till date we are struggling for our sealed and signed Agreement. During this period (Dec – till date.) we follow up with Manjeet Dhaka and others from Investor clinic many times. We made 1000 of calls, we visited investor clinic but then also we did not get any response from their side. We also talked to Sumit Raheja and Amit Raheja of Investor clinic. After not getting Result from them also, then we talked to Honey Katiyal of investor clinic but that also doesn’t help. Also we tried to talk to AMR directly but they are not taking interest as we didn’t took directly from them.

Then again we follow up the MANJEET for getting it sealed n signed. But he didn’t show any interest. After so much follow up and a long wait of 4-5 month he sent his colleague Piyush who took our old agreement but they didn’t get it seal and signed on the same and said he will get it similar new agreement with no change. I didn’t understand why they did that. But in this new agreement many changes were found Like the date of possession was changed. In the new agreement charges like Club charges, EFC, EEC, IFMS etc were added separately with remaining possession amount (Rs 3, 37, 265) but in old Agreement which we got earlier (not sealed and signed) remaining possession amount were all inclusive of these charges and is all together Rs 3, 37, 265 only. This difference is huge which is unacceptable. So far much of cheating and wrong is done to us. We have paid 75 % Amount with lots of difficulty even though having financial issues but then also facing mental torture to get the sealed and signed agreement from investor Clinic.
