I would like to inform you that, One Villa booked (90 Sq. Yard, Supertech Upcountry Project) in the name of Ms. Subhashree Rath, under inspection of your representative Mr. Chetan Arya.(M-7838092898) At the time of booking Unit No- S-1, 66 has been allotted to us & same number has been put up in our booking form by your representative. But, within 5 to 6 days of booking we have received a call from Mr. Arya that the same unit has already been allotted by Supertech to some one (With the various reasons) Again confirmed us that Unit-S-1, 82 Allotted to us. But, when Mr. Arya provide us the acknowledgement of Supertech for clearances of our cheques (Booking amount 10% of basic price) Unit –S1-84 mentioned in acknowledgement.
The same matter intimate to his reoporting boss Mr. Sandeep Khurana (M-9811842358) on 10.04.2011 and as assured by him the Unit-S1-82 will be allotted to us. But as previous we have not received any call from your side.
Now Mr. Khurana avoid to pick my call and Mr. Arya directly denied that S-1-82 Unit can not possible to provide us. So INVESTOR CLINIC SEATING THERE TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMER AND GIVING THE MENTAL HARRSHMENT. I AM WORKING WITH A BIG ORGANISATION AND WE HAVE 20, 000/- EMPLOYEE IN THIS COMPANY. I WILL FORWARD THIS MAIL TO ALL, DONT GO INVEST ANYTHING WITH INVESTORS CLINIC.
