Investors Clinic Representative not responding

HI,

I am Ankit Madan. I booked a flat in Uditya Urban Casa, sector 78

Noida through Investors Clinic on 27 Feb. The name of the

representative is Hitesh Malik.

I booked the flat in Direct Payment plan but then I got to know that

banks do not give home loans in DP plan, so I changed the plan to

Flexi by filling a new allotment form and giving it to Mr. Hitesh on

5th March. I was told that the new form has been submitted and an

email and letter to Aditya builders has been sent by Investor Clinic.

I contacted Aditya builders today for allotment agreement since Mr.

Hitsh Malik is not picking my calls for a few days and I was told by

Mr. Manish from Aditya that they have not recieved any email or letter

from Investors Clinic and they will be sending a requirement for

payment 30 days after date of booking in teh DP plan, which is 27

March.

I do not understand what to

do since I have already paid 3 lac rupees as booking amount. I cannot

take the house in DP plan without home loan. I feel cheated as Mr.

Hitesh never recieves my calls and I do not know who to approach as

such short notice.
