Water crisis

I am residing in a rented house. I have paid a Rs.1, 00, 000/- as advance. Before signing the deal and during negotiation I repeatedly insisted on smooth water supply. Our Landlord Shashibhusan Reddy promised time and again that he has a sump and water suppy is uniterrupted. As I have a small kid and he needs washed bottles for milk and auqagaurd pure water, we insisted upon uniterruped water suppy. But from day one we are being humiliated and harrashed by this person. Its been tough 10 months. We have requested humbly a lot many times but our pleades where just unheard. He has 5 tenants and he himself resides in the same building and there is only one sump to fulfill all of our needs. I suggested him to cut down number of tenants or put a borewell or refund my entire advance. Any of these could well decrease our mental trauma. Sometimes even when there would be water in the tank, he will close the valve from inside and stop the water suppy. We are facing a lot of problem. He will abuse us whenever he gets any chance. We are in a fix as my kid is just 2 years and shifting everytime is very difficult. I would like to get some help in this regard at the earliest.
