I have booked a site by paying Rs. 1 lakh to the Maxworth realty india limited, Bangalore. But due to some avoidable reasons I have canceled the booked site. In this regard Maxworth realty india limited have to pay back mine booking amount (Rs. 1 lakh). Maxworth realty india limited issued two cheques of IDBI bank having cheque No; 161521 and 161522, each worth of 50 thousand. The first cheque ie 161521, has got cleared without any problem. But the second cheque i.e 161522 bounced back two times. As the cheque has been not cleared the bank has fined me two times.
What can I do against the Maxworth realty india limited?
