Non receipt of refund amount

I had invested Rs3, 19, 200/- in MTech Camelia Garden - 1 in August and after over four years, when there was no significant development in the project, I applied for refund of my money in August.

Since then after numerous follow ups and visits I have not been paid back any money till date. Through this I would also request other fellow investors in this project, who have invested their hard earned money in this project to join hands and take this corrupt builder to task.

I would request Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to also help me get my money back.
