I Rajagopal Mynampati woring as Asst. Engineer in Andhra Pradesh Secretariat/Hyderabad. I was joined as a member in M/s Country Vecation Club and paid an amount of Rs.85000/- in the August. After wards, . it is learent it is bougus one and cheating so may public. So i realised and filed a complaint CC No.405 in the Hyderabad Forum-I. The Hon'ble forum pronounced the Judgement on 21-04. To day i received the Judgement copy. where in the award is as follows:-
1) The subsription amount Rs.85000/- should retruned with 12% intrest from the date of payment.
2) The compensation Rs.25000/- was awarded.
3) The court Fee Rs.5000/- was awarded.
