Recently I shifted my location from Chennai to Hyderabad and I carried my DISH to Hyderabad and called DISH TV for installation... technician came and installed the dish and took Rs-200 for installation and told me to replace a holding pipe of Dish Antenna because signals were not good I agreed for that which costed me addition of Rs-300/- but even after that Voice is so low we can bearly hear it... Couple of days later signal went off again when I call the technician they again charged Rs-165/- but VOICE again issue and he did not addressed it...
If you cannot fix it properly then why I am being charged Rs-650 for no reason... if you cant hear the voice then what is the use of viewing the picture...
BAD SERVICE... PLEASE HAVE A LOOK INTO THIS... OR ELSE WE WOULD HAVE TO OPT FOR SOMEOTHER DTS PROVIDER...
Can DISH TV help me out on this issue?? if not then where should i look for??
