They refuse to convert my v.c's into multy

Dear sir, I am haveing 4 connections of dishtv and requested them to convert them into multy connection they refuse to do it saying my connections are old my v.v's no's are1506534037, 1501574032, 1509881389, 1515729112, And i had send them some 150 mails but they refuse to convert my connections into multy I request dishtv to do the same as early as possible as they can
