Wrong information, no follow-up, overall bad customer care

I had purchases airtel DTH, and now i am repenting that day itself. firstly i was given wrong information about my pack. seconldy, when the problem was detected, there was no proper follow-up, i had to wait 5 days, and the problem still hasnt been soted, and to top it all, i was again lied to about my pack information, and my balance had somehow reduced to zero, and now none of the channels are available. airtel is an absolute sham of a organization, there is no point in buying anything there, you will just get trouble after trouble. they are all liars who just wanna sell something and get their incentives.
