Pathetic Customer service

Hi,

After diligent discussion with Customer Service executive of Dish TV, on 07Mar10 I applied for a prepaid connection of Dish TV. Next hour, I received a call from their dealer network and first thing he told me, that if installation is to be made in my Gallery, then I will have to pay additional 350 rupees, taking total installation cost to 571 rupees, 20% of the overall buying cost.

Disappointed me then had multiple iterations of calls with customer service, technical team, technical managers and finally they advised me to apply for cancellation through email.

Finally I applied for cancellation on 08Mar10 with a auto reply saying response within 24 hours.

Today, its 11Mar10, 6 calls with their customer care, average 20 minutes of discussion every call, and to avail. I am still waiting for response from them and the refund of my money. Neither anybody called nor emailed.
