After email and phone confirmation, we were informed that we would recieve our refund within 15 days. Our show (Magic Show) booking I.D.: 11-000-10015 seat E21, E22 which was on 14-02, 5:00pm got cancelled after being postponed twice from its original time of 3:00pm.
We have all correspondance from K.O.D. in this regard.
We wish to take legal action as we are left with no option.
