I had purchased a moser baer Mp3 player on 14/08 which stopped performing on 25/10 which was replaced by the company within a week. after getting the replacement piece it started giving the same issues which was again submitted for replacement to the company on 07/11. Since that date it has not yet been replaced and the reason given by the company is that the product is outdated and they do not have the stock to replace it, Its already 2 months and there has been no reply from the company. all the bills and copies are available with me for the reference
